1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealLead Trainer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealLead Trainer is an AI-powered voice training platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service provides simulated practice calls with AI personas, automated performance scoring, professional scripts, and scenario-based training to help users improve their client communication skills.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes apply to their subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any content generated by the Service without permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively burden the Service.
  • Upload scripts or content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI personas, responses, scores, and feedback provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for training purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. AI-generated scores and feedback may not be perfectly accurate and should be used as a learning tool, not as a definitive performance evaluation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, AI models, pre-built scripts, and scenarios, is owned by RealLead Trainer and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Custom scripts you upload remain your property. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process them within the Service for your use.
  • Call transcripts and scores generated from your sessions are associated with your account and available to you while your account is active.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealLead Trainer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
